List of mandatory equipment required to start the race. There will be a check before entering the starting area.
21 km and 10 km :
- Headlamp, flashlight or headlamp with batteries or spare batteries
- Survival blanket, minimum size 1×2 meters
- Cell phone with enough credit and battery power
- Useful water tank, such as a camel-back, with a minimum capacity of 1 liter
- Race bib placed in a visible position, without folding or cutting it.
- Identity card, passport or similar identification document
- A hat in your bag
- Waterproof “Goretex” type jacket
- Up-to-date medical certificate or PPS
However, In the interests of the environment, if you wish to have a container to drink from at our refreshment points, you'll be required to bring a retractable cup, flask or hydration pouch with you.
We no longer supply plastic cups.
