To pick up your race bib and participate in the race, you MUST present:
MAJOR PARTICIPANT (18+)
- National ID Card or Passport
- Your QR code (printed OR on your phone)
- The Health Prevention Course (HPC) required and available in digital format (for €5)
Validity: PPS = 12 months
MINOR PARTICIPANTS (Kids Competitive 9-14 / Sprint 14-17 / Super 16-17)
- National ID card, passport, or family booklet
- Your QR code (printed OR on your phone)
- Free and mandatory form; please complete and submit it digitally on the day of the event
KIDS OPEN (non-competitive)
The health questionnaire is not mandatory, but a medical examination beforehand is recommended for this type of physical activity.
