ADULTS ALL CATEGORIES
To collect your bib, you must present:
- An ID
- Your QR code (printed or on your phone)
- AND :
- OR : Your medical certificate stating that you are a competitor in running or obstacle courses ( example of certificate HERE)
- OR: The Health Prevention Course (HPC)
Validity: Medical certificate = 12 months / PPS = 3 months
ATTENTION: a copy of your medical certificate OR HPC will be kept by the organization, so don't forget to make a copy!
If you don't produce your medical certificate OR HPC, you won't be able to pick up your bib and take part in the race.
KIDS COMPETITIVE (Morzine Winter and Summer)
Mandatory form to be completed HERE in advance and presented on D-day
If a "Yes" box is selected, a medical certificate must be presented before starting.
KIDS LOISIRS
A medical certificate is not required for Kids, but a medical check-up beforehand is recommended for this type of effort.
