What is the Europe Pass?

Up to 15 race entries to events across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain in 2025.

Why should I get one, what are the benefits?

The 2025 Europe Pass Includes: 

• Up to 15 race entries across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain in 2025
• Including the following race types - Sprint, Super and Beast, Ultra Races and HH 4HR
• Valid for registrations in all heats (subject to availability)
• Excludes entry into any 2025 World or Regional Championship events and heats
• Exclusive pass holder gear (details coming soon) (Only valid for passes purchased before 30/9/2024)

How do I sign up with my new pass?

1. Find an event on our website.
2. Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose.
3. When prompted, log in to your Spartan Account using the same email address you used to purchase your pass.
4. Select your preferred start time to see your registration discounted 100% (excluding racer add-on fees). If you do not see this discount, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding.

How do I use my benefits?

Trifecta Pass Membership benefits are easy to use: 

• Race registration benefits:
  • Your Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2025 event in Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain
• Exclusive pass holder gear:

  • Items cannot be shipped and must be collected onsite at one of your registered events
  • Can only be claimed by the pass holder
  • Valid for pass purchases made before 30/9/2024
• 2025 Worlds Toughest Mudder
  • Ultra Pass holders will receive one 50% discount code valid for 2025 Worlds Toughest Mudder
  • Cannot be applied to Championship heats

What else do I need to know?

• Passes and discount codes will not cover any add-on or processing fees
  • Racers will be responsible for paying these fees during registration
• Passes do not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat, register early to guarantee your spot!
• Your pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event
• If you register for an event using your Season Pass and cannot attend, you will not be refunded for the add-on fees
• Special races, including Charity races or those put on by Spartan's partners, may not be included or may be available at a reduced rate
• Season Passes are not valid for Championship heats
• Spartan reserves the right to update or remove benefits at any time

Do you offer refunds?

• Season passes are non-transferable once purchased
• If you register for an event using your Season Pass and cannot attend, you will not be refunded for the add-on fees
• Registrations completed with your Season Pass cannot be transferred to future events or other racers
• The pass cannot be put on hold due to injury, moving, or any other reason
• Current or past registrations cannot be credited toward the cost of a pass
